This is one of those mornings when the blogger photo publishing tools are not working.
I will report (sadly) that Elijah's first real spoken word is 'MOMMA'. He can say Momma clearly and distinctly. And he knows exactly what he's talking about...!
I've tried to get him to say 'Daddy' but to no avail... Sigh...

Sam, don't worry. Elijah is easily able to say Mama because he only has to touch his lips together and the sound is repetive. The M sound is one of the first sounds all babies make. To say DaDa or Daddy, he has to touch the roof of his mouth with his tongue (you try it) and that requires quite a bit of practice.
